细节管理在静配中心护理管理中的有效性研究

Research on the Effectiveness of Detail Management in Nursing Management of Intravenous Infusion Centers

分析细节管理应用于静配中心护理管理中的有效性,旨在为促进静配中心管理质量提升提供有效参考,从而确保临床输液的安全性。纳入静配中心的护理人员总计18例,选入时间为2019年4月—2020年4月,在该阶段内静配中心应用细节管理的形式。对所得资料进行回顾性分析,讨论实施前、后管理水平变化。结果显示,实施后满意度、考核能力结果、工作效率等指标均较实施前更加优异(P<0.05)。研究发现,静配中心护理管理期间采用细节管理方案,不仅能够提高静配中心的工作效率,而且能够促进护理人员的操作技能提升,有助于提高护理满意度。

The effectiveness of applying detail management in nursing management of intravenous infusion centers aims to provide effective reference for promoting the quality improvement of intravenous infusion center management,thereby ensuring the safety of clinical infusion.A total of 18 nursing staffwere included in the intravenous infusion center.The selection period is from April 2019 to April 2020,during which the static distribution center will apply the form of detail management.Conduct a retrospective analysis of the obtained data and discuss the management level before and after implementation.The results showed that the satisfaction,assessment ability,and work efficiency indicators after implementation were all better than before(P<0.05).Research has found that selecting a detailed management plan during the nursing management period of an intravenous infusion center can not only improve the work efficiency of the center,but also promote the improvement of nursing staff’s operational skills,which helps to improve nursing satisfaction.
