厦门市同安区总医院医联体区域内健康人群PIVKA-Ⅱ共同参考区间的建立与探讨

Establishment and Discussion of PIVKA-II Common Reference Interval of Healthy Population in the Medical Union Area of Tongan District General Hospital of Xiamen City

目的:初步建立厦门市同安区总医院医联体区域内健康人群对PIVKA-Ⅱ共同参考区间。方法:选择收集厦门市同安区总医院2022年10月~2023年10月体检受试者的血清128例为研究对象,分别对受试者的血清样本进行电化学发光法检测AFP、酶联免疫吸附法检测PIVKA-Ⅱ,并对结果进行统计和分析。结果:厦门市同安区区域血清AFP、PIVKA-Ⅱ水平,AFP、PIVKA-Ⅱ水平参考范围根据年龄和性别进行分组划分,男性参考范围:18~29岁为9.29~39.48 mAU/mL,30~49岁为10.88~35.45 mAU/mL,≥50岁为8.65~35.48mAU/mL。女性参考范围:18~29岁为10.55~38.52mAU/mL,30~49岁为11.01~27.46 mAU/mL,≥50岁为9.42~49.75mAU/mL。对于AFP水平,男性参考范围:18~29岁为1.11~5.92μg/L,30~49岁为1.25~9.71μg/L,≥50岁为1.18~9.92μg/L。女性参考范围:18~29岁为1.00~7.19μg/L,30~49岁为1.00~6.24μg/L,≥50岁为1.09~16.22μg/L。结论:厦门市同安区总医院医联体区域内健康人群对PIVKA-Ⅱ建立共同参考区间已初步构建,可为肝细胞癌患者的临床诊断提供一定的指导。

Objective:The common reference interval for PIVKA-Ⅱamong healthy people in the medical union area of Tongan District General Hospital of Xiamen was initially established.Methods:128 serum samples of physical examination subjects in Tongan District General Hospital of Xiamen City from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.The serum samples of the subjects were detected by electroluminescence method for AFP and enzymic immunosorbent assay for PIVKA-Ⅱ,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:The levels of serum AFP and PIVKA-Ⅱin Tongan District of Xiamen,and the reference ranges of AFP and PIVKA-Ⅱwere divided according to age and sex.The reference ranges for males were as follows:The population aged 18 to 29 was 9.29 to 39.48 mAU/mL,the population aged 30 to 49 was 10.88 to 35.45 mAU/mL,and the population aged 50 or older was 8.65 to 35.48mAU/mL.For females,the reference range was 10.55 to 38.52mAU/mL from 18 to 29 years old,11.01 to 27.46 mAU/mL from 30 to 49 years old,and 9.42 to 49.75mAU/mL from≥50 years old.For AFP levels,the reference range was 1.11 to 5.92μg/L in males aged 18 to 29 years,1.25 to 9.71μg/L in males aged 30 to 49 years,and 1.18 to 9.92μg/L in males aged 50 years or older.For females,the reference range was 1.00-7.19μg/L for 18 to 29 years old,1.00-6.24μg/L for 30 to 49 years old,and 1.09-16.22μg/L for≥50 years old.Conclusion:The common reference interval for PIVKA-Ⅱamong healthy people in the medical union area of Tongan District General Hospital of Xiamen has been initially established,which can provide certain guidance for the clinical diagnosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.
