应用定位方法对直线加速器放射治疗晚期食管癌患者的效果分析

The Effect of Radiotherapy with Linear Accelerator on Advanced Esophageal Carcinoma was Analyzed by Using Localization Method

目的:研究晚期食管癌患者行定位方法对直线加速器放射治疗的效果。方法:数据取自本院2011年1月~2018年1月收治的80例晚期食管癌患者,采用“双盲法”分为参照组(常规钡餐定位)行钴60放射治疗40例、科研组(CT模拟定位)行直线加速器放射治疗40例,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗前分析肿瘤标志物、免疫功能及生活质量无差异,治疗后分析不良反应无差异,P>0.05;治疗后较参照组,科研组SCC-Ag、CEA、CYFRA21-1、CA19-9指标更低;CD^(3+)、CD^(4+)、及CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)指标更高,CD^(8+)指标更低;QLQ-C30值更低;科研组有效率(97.50%)高于参照组(85.00%),P<0.05。结论:CT模拟定位直线加速器放射治疗晚期食管癌患者可降低肿瘤标志物水平、改善免疫及生活质量,增强疗效、减少副作用。

Objective:To study the effect of line accelerator radiotherapy for advanced esophageal carcinoma.Methods:Data were collected from 80 patients with advanced esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to January 2018,the double-blind method was divided into two groups:the control group(n=40)treated with cobalt-60 radiotherapy and the scientific research group(n=40)treated with linear accelerator radiotherapy.Results:There was no difference in tumor markers,immune function and quality of life before treatment,and no difference in adverse reactions after treatment(P>0.05),in the observation group,SCC-Ag,CEA,CYFRA21-1,CA19-9 were lower,CD^(3+),CD^(4+),and CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)were higher,CD8+was lower,QLQ-C30 was higher,and the effective rate in the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that in the control group(85.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion:CT-guided linear accelerator radiotherapy for advanced esophageal carcinoma can decrease the level of tumor markers,improve the immunity and quality of life,enhance the curative effect and reduce the side effects.
