人工全膝关节置换术对创伤性膝关节炎患者关节功能恢复及预后的影响

Effect of Total Knee Joint Replacement on Joint Function Recovery and Prognosis of Patients with Traumatic Knee Arthritis

目的:探讨采取人工全膝关节置换术(TKA)治疗创伤性膝关节炎对关节功能恢复、预后影响。方法:纳入在2020年3月~2023年5月收治的创伤性膝关节炎患者85例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=43)与对照组(n=42)。对照组应用保守药物治疗方式,观察组应用TKA手术治疗方式。对比患者膝关节优良率,对比疼痛程度(VAS)变化,对比治疗前后膝关节HSS评分变化。结果:观察组关节优良率88.37%高于对照组的61.90%(P<0.05);观察组经治疗,14d以及30d的疼痛VAS得分均相较对照组得分低(P<0.05);膝关节HSS得分均提高,经治疗30d得分对比,观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:采取TKA治疗创伤性膝关节炎具有良好的应用效果,可以缓解患者疼痛程度,改善膝关节功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of total knee arthroplasty(TKA)on the recovery of joint function and prognosis of traumatic knee arthritis.Methods:85 patients with traumatic knee osteoarthritis admitted from March 2020 to May 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group(n=43)and a control group(n=42)using a number table method.The control group was treated with conservative medication,while the observation group was treated with TKA surgery.Compare the excellent and good rate of patients’knee joints,compare the changes in pain severity(VAS),and compare the changes in knee joint HSS scores before and after treatment.Results:The excellent and good joint rate in the observation group was 88.37%higher than that in the control group,which was 61.90%(P<0.05);After treatment,the VAS scores of pain in the observation group at 14 and 30 days were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The HSS scores of the knee joints were all improved,and after 30 days of treatment,the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of TKA in the treatment of traumatic knee osteoarthritis has a good application effect,alleviating patient pain and improving knee joint function.
