基层医院处理狭窄输尿管开口的简易扩张与保护方法

Simple Dilation and Protection of Ureteral Stricture in Primary Hospital

目的:探讨输尿管软镜导引鞘内鞘扩张输尿管开口在输尿管开口狭窄处理中的应用价值,提高对存在输尿管开口狭窄风险的患者的处理水平。方法:选取2021年2月~2022年2月收治住院40例存在输尿管开口狭窄高危因素且行输尿管镜手术患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:40例患者中,6例使用斑马导丝后进入输尿管,12例经输尿管软镜导引鞘内鞘扩张后顺利进入输尿管,手术后好转出院,2例经二次输尿管腔镜手术治疗后好转出院。结论:对于存在输尿管开口狭窄高危因素的患者,输尿管软镜导引鞘内鞘扩张输尿管开口可以作为处理输尿管开口狭窄的临床措施之一。

Objective:To explore the application value of flexible ureteroscope guide inner sheath expanded ureteral orifice.In the narrow process of ureteral orifice,and improve the treatment level of patients with narrow risk of ureteral orifice.Methods:Analysis of 40 patients with ureteral stenosis were selected for clinical data in patients with ureteral stenosis and uterus surgery during February 2021 to February 2022.Results:In 40 patients,6 cases entered the ureter after using zebra guidewire.12 cases were successfully entered into the ureter after the expansion of the flexible ureteroscope,and after surgery was processed,2 case was discharged by two ureteroscopic surgery.Conclusion:For patients with high risk factors in the presence of ureteral orifice,the flexible ureteroscope guide the sheath expanded urete orifice can be used as one of the clinical measures to treat the narrow vessel of the ureteral orifice.
