摘要
目的:分析供应室集中消毒法在氧气湿化瓶消毒中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年4月~2023年1月本院的800件进行清洗消毒的氧气湿化瓶,随机分为观察组和参照组,各400件,参照组采用病房分散消毒管理,观察组采用供应室集中消毒管理,对比两组消毒后不同时间的细菌监测合格率。结果:两组消毒后第1天细菌监测合格率均为100.00%,组间相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);消毒后第7天、14天、21天、28天观察组细菌监测合格率均为100.00%,参照组为90.00%、85.00%、67.50%、52.50%;消毒后第7天、14天、21天、28天观察组细菌监测合格率均明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:供应室集中消毒法在氧气湿化瓶消毒中具有良好的效果,更有利于提高消毒质量,从而使无菌保存时间得到延长,对预防吸氧治疗患者院内感染具有重要的临床价值。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of supply room centralized disinfection in oxygen humidification bottle disinfection.Methods:800 oxygen humidification bottles that were cleaned and disinfected in our hospital from April 2022 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a reference group,with 400 bottles in each group.The reference group adopted decentralized disinfection management in the ward,while the observation group adopted centralized disinfection management in the supply room.The bacterial monitoring qualification rates of the two groups at different times after disinfection were compared.Results:The qualified rate of bacterial monitoring on the first day after disinfection in both groups was 100.00%,and there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05);On the 7th,14th,21st,and 28th day after disinfection,the qualified rate of bacterial monitoring in the observation group was 100.00%,while in the reference group it was 90.00%,85.00%,67.50%,and 52.50%;On the 7th,14th,21st,and 28th day after disinfection,the qualified rate of bacterial monitoring in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supply room centralized disinfection has a good effect in oxygen humidification bottle disinfection,and is more conducive to improving the disinfection quality,thus prolonging the sterile preservation time,and has important clinical value in preventing nosocomial infection of patients treated with oxygen.
