摘要
目的:通过搭建临床输液模型,研究输液器的止液性能,为建立止液性能试验方法评价提供参考依据。方法:建立临床输液模型,用不同类型静脉输液药液(酸性、碱性、脂溶性、高渗、高黏度、高密度等药物)考察输液器的自动止液性能。结果:8批次不同厂家的输液器进行自动止液性能测试,输液完毕后产品均能达到自动止液效果。结论:通过构建的输液模型,选取氯化钠溶液作为试验介质进行止液性能测试,其测试装置和试验方法可满足试验要求。
Objective:To study the hemostatic performance of infusion set by setting up clinical infusion model,and to provide reference for the evaluation of test method of hemostatic performance.Methods:To establish a clinical model of infusion,and use different kinds of drug infusion(acid,basic,fat-soluble,hypertonic,high viscosity,high density,etc.)to investigate the performance of automatic infusion device.Results:8 lots of infusion sets from different manufacturers were tested for automatic liquid stop performance,and the products could achieve automatic liquid stop effect after infusion.Conclusion:Through the established infusion model,sodium chloride solution was selected as the medium to test the liquid stopping performance.The testing device and method can meet the test requirements.
