全自动血细胞分离机版本升级前后的用户体会

摘要 目的:对目前血液中心使用的全自动血细胞分离机版本升级前后的操作者使用体会、献血者使用体验进行比较。方法:通过远程管理软件,记录两台血细胞分离机在2019年度~2021年度版本升级前后的采集数据,作分析比较。结果:经统计,版本升级前后的处理血量、预计使用时间、采集时间、采后计数、复方枸橼酸钠溶液用量,差异分析P<0.05,版本升级后的处理血量、复方枸橼酸钠溶液用量高于升级前;而升级后的预计使用时间、采集时间、采后计数低于升级前;对报警情况,差异分析P<0.05,升级后各类报警低于升级前;在80人使用的体验分析中,版本时间,差异分析P<0.05,升级可以使采集时间缩短;对版本舒适度使用体验,差异分析P<0.05,升级后无不适率高于升级前。结论:升级后的版本程序相对升级前的版本程序更加细化单采血小板采集程序;提高血细胞分离机的性能:低抽血速度恢复、缩短采集时间、减少抗凝剂预冲失败报警;优化细节体验,确保献血者在采集过程中的安全、舒适,保障献血者的健康;确保血液安全和血液质量。 Objective:To compare the experience of operators and donors before and after the upgrade of the automatic blood cell separator used in blood centers.Methods:The data collected by two blood cell separators before and after the version upgrade from 2019 to 2021 were recorded by remote management software for analysis and comparison.Results:Statistically,the treated blood volume,estimated use time,collection time,postharvest count and ACD amount before and after the version upgrade,the difference analysis P<0.05,the treated blood volume and ACD amount after the version upgrade were higher than before,while the estimated use time,collection time and postharvest count after the version upgrade were lower than before the version upgrade.For the alarm,the difference analysis(P<0.05),and all kinds of alarms after upgrade are lower than before upgrade.In the experience analysis of 80 users,the version time and difference analysis P<0.05,and the upgrade could shorten the collection time.For the comfort experience of the version,the difference analysis P<0.05,and the nondiscomfort rate was higher after the upgrade than before the upgrade.Conclusion:Compared with the program before the upgrade,the upgraded version of the program is more detailed than the apheresis platelet collection program.Improve the performance of blood separator:low blood drawing speed recovery,shorten the collection time,reduce the alarm of anticoagulant(AC)pre-flushing failure;Optimize the detailed experience to ensure the safety and comfort of blood donors in the collection process,and ensure the health of blood donors;Ensure blood safety and blood quality.
