摘要 目的:研究乳腺超声乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS系统)在乳腺肿块评价中的应用价值。方法:在2021年1月~2022年12月本院收治的乳腺肿块患者中选出200例为观察对象,分析超声BI-RADS系统分级评估结果与病理组织学结果,计算乳腺超声BI-RADS系统对乳腺肿块良恶性的诊断效能。结果:乳腺超声BI-RADS系统分级<4级患者的诊断准确率、特异度、灵敏度分别为100.00%、100.00%、0;乳腺超声BI-RADS系统分级为4级患者的诊断准确率、特异度、灵敏度分别为64.52%、64.29%、66.67%;乳腺超声BI-RADS系统分级>4级患者的诊断准确率、灵敏度、特异度分别为100.00%、100.00%、0;良性肿块与恶性肿块的超声声像图在病灶形态、病灶边缘、有无微钙化、病灶有无血供、有无腋下淋巴结肿大方面的特征差异均有统计学意义(P>0.05);仅在病灶后方回声特征上差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:乳腺超声BI-RADS系统分级在乳腺肿块良恶性鉴别中有重要价值,良恶性乳腺肿块的超声表现差异较大,能减少误诊。 Objective:To study the application value of breast ultrasound BI-RADS system in the evaluation of breast masses.Methods:Among 200 patients with breast mass admitted between January 2021 and December 2022,the results of ultrasound BI-RADS system were analyzed,and the diagnostic efficacy of breast ultrasound BI-RADS system on benign and malignant breast masses was calculated.Results:The diagnostic accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of patients with the BI-RADS system were 100.00%,100.00%and 0,respectively;The diagnostic accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of patients with BI-RADS system of grade 4 were 64.52%,64.29%and 66.67%respectively;The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of patients with breast ultrasound BI-RADS system were 100.00%,100.00%and 0,respectively;The differences between the ultrasonic audiograms of benign and malignant masses were statistically significant in lesion morphology,margin,microcalcification,blood supply,and axillary lymph node enlargement(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in echo features behind the lesion(P>0.05).Conclusion:Breast ultrasound BI-RADS system classification is of great value in the identification of benign and malignant breast masses.The ultrasound manifestations of benign and malignant breast masses are quite different,which can reduce misdiagnosis.
