骨科高值耗材涉及的品种规格繁多,手术中具体需要哪种规格的高值耗材难以精准判断,往往都是由主刀医生在手术前联系供货商提供某一个手术所耗材的所有规格型号,供应商备齐所有规格型号耗材,跟台进入手术室,术后根据使用情况告知医院采购部门补下订单,存在很多的管理漏洞。在新医改和集中带量采购的背景下,医疗机构根据骨科高值耗材和骨科手术的特性,建立骨科手术套包管理模式,保证耗材合法合规采购、验收,同时满足临床使用需求。

High value consumables in orthopedics involve a wide variety of specifications,and it is difficult to accurately determine which specific specifications of high value consumables are needed during surgery.Often,the surgeon in charge contacts the supplier to provide all specifications and models of consumables for a certain surgery before the surgery.The supplier prepares all specifications and models of consumables and enters the operating room with the table.After the surgery,the hospital procurement department is informed to place an order based on the usage situation,which has many management loopholes.In the context of the new healthcare reform and centralized volume based procurement,medical institutions have established a management model for orthopedic surgical kits based on the characteristics of high-value orthopedic consumables and orthopedic surgeries,ensuring the legal and compliant procurement and acceptance of consumables while meeting clinical usage needs.
