项目管理技术在医院医疗器械风险管理体系建立中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Project Management Technology in the Establishment of Hospital Medical Device Risk Management System

目的:研究项目管理技术管理对医院医疗器械风险管理的影响。方法:随机抽取2020年1月~2022年1月本院的400件器械作为管理对象,平均分为对照组和观察组,200件器械选用常规管理作为对照组,200件器械接受项目管理技术管理作为观察组。比较两组医院医疗器械管理后的管理质量等相关指标。结果:对比观察组和对照组器械管理后,管理质量、指标完善情况以及不良事件发生率结果显示两组差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:医院医疗器械及时予以项目管理技术管理能够促进医院医疗器械的管理效果。

Objective:To study the impact of project management technology management on hospital medical device risk management.Methods:400 devices in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly selected as management objects and divided into control group and observation group on average.200 devices were selected for routine management as control group,and 200 devices were selected for project management technology management as observation group.The management quality and other related indicators after the management of medical devices in the two groups were compared.Results:After comparing the device management between the observation group and the control group,the management quality,index improvement and the incidence of adverse events showed significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Timely project management technology management of hospital medical devices can promote the management effect of hospital medical devices.
