多道弯折钛合金零件的热成形工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对多道折弯的钛合金CP3薄板零件,从其工艺特点出发对热成形过程进行研究,确定主要的成形工艺参数。首先,采用有限元软件ABAQUS模拟该零件的热成形过程,并与试验对比,验证有限元模拟的准确性。其次,分析应力分布规律和可能产生回弹的区域。结果表明,热成形的应力集中和回弹主要发生在大变形区域。最后,讨论不同成形压力和成形温度对零件成形质量的影响,以获得更优的成形工艺参数。 According to the process characteristics of multi-channel bending titanium alloy CP3 sheet parts,the hot forming process is studied.Firstly,ABAQUS is used to simulate the hot forming process and the accuracy of the simulation is verified after comparing with the experimental data.Secondly,the stress distribution and the rebound effect are analyzed.The results show that the stress concentration and rebound mainly occur in the large deformation area.Finally,the influence of different forming pressure and temperature on forming quality of parts is discussed to obtain better forming process parameters.
