摘要
增材制造技术以其快速熔化、从下到上、层层堆叠的技术特点,在复杂异形结构与一体化成形等方面具备突出优势。该技术还具有成型效率快、材料利用率高等特点,在核能领域有着极大的发展潜力。但是,目前缺少增材制造成品鉴定方法,阻碍了其在各个领域的进一步应用。基于此,以某堆形回路干式过滤罐为对象,研究系统性的产品全流程鉴定方法,形成面向核能领域的增材制造鉴定流程。
Additive manufacturing technology has outstanding advantages in complex shaped structures and integrated forming due to its rapid melting,bottom-to-top and layer stacking characteristics.The technology also has the characteristics of fast molding efficiency and high material utilization rate,and has great development potential in the field of nuclear energy.However,at present,the lack of methods for the identification of additive manufacturing products has hindered its further application in various fields.Based on this,taking a stack-shaped loop dry filter tank as an object,a systematic product process evaluation method was studied to form an additive manufacturing evaluation process for nuclear energy field.
