摘要
曲轴是汽车发动机内重要的旋转部件,其制造难度大、精度要求高。将机械加工技术应用于汽车发动机曲轴制造,可保证发动机性能,解决传统制造技术的弊端,降低因误差或加工工艺不合理导致的废品率,使加工过程更为标准化、合理化,保证加工效率、精度及生产效益。基于此,分析汽车发动机曲轴结构及加工特点,研究汽车发动机曲轴制造中的机械加工技术,以期为机械加工技术的合理应用、汽车发动机性能的提高提供参考。
Crankshaft is an important rotating part in automobile engine,which is difficult to manufacture and requires high precision.The application of machining technology to automobile engine crankshaft manufacturing can ensure engine performance,solve the drawbacks of traditional manufacturing technology,reduce the rejection rate caused by error or unreasonable processing technology,make the processing process more standardized and rational,and ensure processing efficiency,precision and production efficiency.Based on this,the structure and machining characteristics of automobile engine crankshaft are analyzed,and the machining technology in automobile engine crankshaft manufacturing is studied,in order to provide reference for the reasonable application of machining technology and the improvement of automobile engine performance.
