皮肤肌纤维瘤1例

Dermatomyofibroma: A Case Report

患者女,55岁,胸部圆形红色斑块逐渐长大2年。皮损组织病理示:真皮内梭形细胞增生,细胞核呈长条状,梭形细胞周围有明显的嗜伊红染的胶原基质。免疫组织化学结果示:波形蛋白强(+),SMA局灶(+),CD34(-),desmin(-),S100(-)。诊断:圆形皮肤肌纤维瘤。予以手术切除治疗。

A 55-year-old femal presented with circular red plaque on the chest that had gradually grown over 2 years.Histopathological examination showed that the proliferation of spindle cells in the dermins,the nucleus was long,and there was obvious eosinophilic collagen matrix around the spindle cells.Immunochemical findings revealed the tumor cells were strong positive for vimentin,local postive for SMA,and negative for CD34,desmin and S100.The diagnosis of circular dermatomyofibroma was established.This patient was reated with surgical resection.
