沥青路面老化室内表征及其表面增强材料的性能测试

摘要 为解决沥青路面老化室内表征困难的问题,研究了超薄磨耗层表层处治对旧沥青路面路用性能的提升效果。开发出了一种由烘箱加速老化的沥青混合料,并采用劈裂试验表征其老化程度;同时提出了一种由多功能材料试验机(Universal Testing Machine,UTM)对试件进行表面增强处治的方法,并结合劈裂试验数据分析了处治前后试件的力学性能变化。研究结果表明:1)温度为150℃的烘箱加速老化试验中,老化时间为6 h的试件与路面芯样的性能接近;2)采用超薄磨耗层表面增强处治方法有效地提升了路面表层的变形能力,且抗水损害性能优越,能够有效避免早期裂缝的出现;3)沥青路面老化室内表征方法解决了路面取芯困难、芯样不足的问题,为室内试验提供了基本的、符合实际的试验材料;4)采用表面增强处治方法进一步提升了室内试验与路面现场预防性养护施工的一致性。该研究成果对于路面材料的研究和工程设计具有重要意义。 In order to solve the problem of difficult indoor characterization of asphalt pavement aging,the lifting effect of ultra-thin wearing layer surface treatment on improving the road performance of old asphalt pavement was studied.An asphalt mixture accelerated aging by oven was developed,whose aging level was characterized by a splitting test;At the same time,a method for surface enhancement treatment of specimens by a Universal Testing Machine(UTM)was proposed.The mechanical properties changes of the specimens before and after treatment were analyzed by the combination of UTM and the splitting test data.The research results show that:1)In the oven accelerated aging test at a temperature of 150℃,the performance of the specimen with an aging time of 6 h is close to that of the pavement core sample;2)The ultra-thin wearing layer surface enhancement treatment method effectively improves the deformation ability of the pavement surface layer.The excellent water damage resistance can effectively avoid the occurrence of early cracks;3)The method solves the problems of difficult pavement coring and insufficient core samples to provide a basic and practical test materials for indoor testing;4)The surface enhancement treatment methods further improves the consistency between indoor testing and on-site preventive maintenance construction of pavement.The research are of great significance to the pavement materials research and engineering design.
