玄武岩纤维地质聚合物在软土固化中的力学性能试验研究

摘要 为了解决水泥在寒冷地区加固天然土壤强度不足、脆性大等问题,制备了一种纤维基地质聚合物,用于软土和道路路基的加固。通过无侧限抗压、抗拉和剪切试验,同时结合SEM微观表征手段,对比分析了不同土壤体系的力学性能,揭示了纤维基地质聚合物微观加固机理。研究结果表明:碱激发粘合剂的含量为13%时,地质聚合物稳定土体系抗压强度值为725 kPa;纤维掺量0.6%、长度4 mm时,纤维基地质聚合物体系的力学性能达到最佳;不同土壤体系的抗拉和抗剪强度有所差异,其中纤维基地质聚合物体系的抗拉和抗剪强度最优,原状黏土最差;SEM微观表征分析证明,在纤维基地质聚合物稳定土中形成了凝胶状聚集体。该研究结果可为纤维基地质聚合物的应用和推广提供参考依据。 In order to solve the problems of insufficient strength and high brittleness of natural soil reinforcement by cement in cold regions,a fiber geopolymer was prepared for the reinforcement of soft soil and subgrade.Through unconfined compression,tensile and shear tests,the mechanical properties of different soil systems were compared and analyzed to revealing the microscopic reinforcement mechanism of fiber geopolymer by SEM microscopic characterization methods.The research results indicate that the compressive strength value of the geopolymer stabilized soil system is 725 kPa when the content of alkali activated binder is 13%;When the fiber content is 0.6%and the length is 4 mm,the mechanical properties of the fiber geopolymer system are the best;The tensile and shear strength of different soil systems are various,among which the fiber geopolymer system having the best one and undisturbed clay having the worst;SEM microscopic characterization results show that gel like aggregates are formed in fiber geopolymer stabilized soil.The research results can provide reference basis for the application and promotion of fiber geopolymers.
