Delving into"the Logic of the Things Themselves":The Problem of"Erscheinung"in Marx's Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right

马克思在《黑格尔法哲学批判》中揭示并拆解了黑格尔国家哲学中的“表现”机制,也即黑格尔何以可能将市民社会处理为由于无法通过自身获得意义因而必须被政治国家统摄在一个由“现实的观念”即绝对精神所推动并作为其“表现”的关系整体中。马克思的讨论包括三个层面:市民社会和政治国家为何无法仅凭自身而获得自己的意义;市民社会和政治国家是如何联系在一起的;市民社会本身究竟有无可能获得自身的意义。马克思在这一工作中开启了对于“事物本身的逻辑”的追问,其基本形式是对“事物与自身的关系”的分析也即意义分析,其基本成果是在传统的法权主体与道德主体框架之外发现了进行自我规定并获得自身特有的历史性存在方式的意义主体。这是马克思以意识形态批判的方式探讨历史性之建构问题的初次尝试,具有深远理论意义。

In Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right,Marx discovered and deconstructed the mechanism of"Erscheinung"and thereby began delving into the logic of the things themselves.The basic form of this work of Marx is an analysis of"the relationship between the things and themselves",whereas its main theoretical contribution lies in a discovery of the subject of meaning.This was the first time that Marx attempted to explore the problem of historical construction by means of a critique of ideologies.
