摘要
现有涂塑装备很难实现长度小于350 mm的超短管路自动化涂覆施工,且施工人员容易产生烫伤安全事故,生产效率低、质量不可控。为提升生产效率和施工安全性,基于TRIZ对超短管聚乙烯涂塑装备进行技术研究与工艺改进。该文应用TRIZ工具,共产生20个概念方案。依据技术系统向自动化进化的原则,明确装备研发关键点。针对解决方案进行分析、评估,最终确立超短管聚乙烯涂塑装备的技术方案,有效解决当前系统中存在的问题,研制出所需的超短管聚乙烯涂塑装备。
It is difficult for the existing plastic coating equipment to realize the automatic coating construction of the ultrashort pipeline whose length is less than 350 mm,and the construction personnel are prone to scald accidents,low production efficiency and uncontrollable quality.In order to improve production efficiency and construction safety,the technical research and process improvement of ultra-short pipe polyethylene coating equipment were carried out based on TRIZ.In this paper,20 conceptual schemes are produced by using TRIZ tool.According to the principle of technical system evolution to automation,the key points of equipment research and development are identified.Based on the analysis and evaluation of the solution,the technical scheme of ultra-short pipe polyethylene coating equipment was established,the problems existing in the current system were effectively solved,and the required ultra-short pipe polyethylene coating equipment was developed.
