摘要
吸波材料广泛应用于各类飞行器,可以有效降低雷达散射截面(RCS),从而提高其生存及突防能力。随着飞行器速度的逐渐变快,其对吸波材料提出隔热的要求。此外,受有效载荷限制,还需具备轻质的特点。该文介绍各类耐高温吸波材料、轻质隔热材料以及隔热/吸波复合材料的研究现状,分析耐高温吸波材料的性能提升办法及吸波机制、轻质隔热材料的优缺点,最后展望轻质耐高温吸波材料的研究趋势。
Wave-absorbing materials are widely used in air vehicles,which can effectively improve the viability and surge preparedness.The gradual increase in flight speed,thus posing the requirement of heat insulation for wave-absorbing materials.In addition,by the payload limit,the lightweight characteristics is necessary.This paper introduced lightweight heat-insulating materials,high-temperature-resistant absorbing materials and heat-insulating/wave-absorbing composites,analyzed the performance enhancement methods,the advantages,disadvantages,and wave-absorbing mechanisms.Finally,the research trend of lightweight high temperature absorbing materials is prospected.
