摘要
餐饮业是城市服务业的重要组成部分。研究餐饮业的空间特征及影响机制,有利于城市规划建设。该文选取成都市中心城区作为研究区域,基于POI数据,利用ArcGIS软件,应用核密度分析、空间自相关、标准差椭圆及多元线性回归模型等空间分析方法,对餐饮业空间分布特征和区位选择影响因素进行分析。结果表明,成都市中心城区餐饮业的发展呈现出多层级结构和不均衡分布的空间形态,与城市发展格局体现出相似性;各类城市空间均会对餐饮业的空间集聚产生不同程度的正向促进影响,城市公服和商服空间对餐饮业区位选择的影响最为明显。
Catering industry is an important part of urban service industry.Research on the spatial characteristics and influence mechanism of catering industry is beneficial from urban planning and construction.This paper takes the central area of Chengdu as the research area.Based on POI data and using ArcGIS software,the spatial analysis methods such as kernel density analysis,spatial autocorrelation,standard deviation ellipse and multiple linear regression model are applied to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of location selection of the catering industry.The results show that:The development of the catering industry in the central area of Chengdu presents a multi-hierarchical structure and unbalanced spatial pattern,which is similar to the urban development pattern.All kinds of urban space will have different degrees of positive influence on the spatial agglomeration of catering industry,in which the impact of urban public service and commercial service space on the location choice of catering industry is the most obvious.
