变压器油在线检测与故障预警系统实验装置设计 被引量:1

摘要 电力变压器在电网中担任着核心角色,但是目前的维修模式存在着盲目强制性,往往消耗大量人力物力,为解决此现象,通过研发变压器油在线检测与故障预警系统实验装置,建立应修尽修的预测性维修模式,实现变压器在线运行状态实时监测,运行故障分析预警功能。通过FreeRTOS并行实时采集数据变压器油的基础数据,利用python的pytorch深度学习模型处理数据,实现通过变压器油间接监测变压器的运行状态,上报实时数据与预警信息,减少由于故障引发事故发生的概率,节省变压器检修的人力物力消耗,加快我国智慧电网的建设过程。 Power transformer plays a core role in the power grid,but the current maintenance mode is blindly mandatory and often consumes a lot of manpower and material resources.In order to solve this problem,through the research and development of the experimental device of transformer oil on-line detection and fault early warning system,the predictive maintenance mode of all repair is established to realize the function of real-time monitoring and fault analysis and early warning of transformer on-line operation.The basic data of transformer oil are collected in parallel and real-time by FreeRTOS,and the data are processed by Python's Pytorch deep learning model,which can indirectly monitor the running state of transformer through transformer oil,report real-time data and early warning information,reduce the probability of accidents caused by faults,save manpower and material resources for transformer maintenance,and speed up the construction process of intelligent power grid in our country.
