摘要
课程是基于课程目标而开展的教育教学活动,教学效果是检验课程质量的唯一标准。影响课程教学效果的因素可概括为学生、教师、教服人员等主体因素和课程性质、环境条件等客体因素。主体因素具有主观能动性,是影响课程教学效果的关键因素。客体因素只有通过主体活动才能产生效用,体现出教学效果和课程价值。影响课程教学效果的因素及其影响程度调查表明,地方本科高校大学生主观能动性偏低,对教师依赖性偏高,也不认可线上授课方式。这就需要从学校层面,加强课程建设的正确引导,提高课程主体的积极性、主动性。从教师层面,需要提高教书育人的责任感,提升教学水平和教学能力。从学生层面,需要增强成长成才的使命感,提升自主学习能力和发展能力。
University curriculum is the teaching activity based on its purpose,and the teaching efficiency is the only standard.The influencing factors include the subject factors such as students,teachers and teaching service personnel,and the object factors such as the course properties and environmental conditions.The subject factors have the subjective initiative,which is the key factor affecting the course teaching efficiency.The object factors could produce the utility only through the subject activity,and reflect the teaching efficiency and the curriculum value.The survey on the influencing factors shows that local college students have low subjective initiative and high dependence on teachers,and they do not agree with online teaching methods.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the correct guidance of the curriculum construction,and improve the subject enthusiasm and initiative from the university level,improve the sense of responsibility of teaching,and improve the teaching level and teaching ability from the teacher level,enhance the sense of mission of growth,improve their ability of independent learning and development from the student level.
