股前外侧游离皮瓣修复上肢创面的临床应用

Application of anterolateral thigh free flap in repairing upper limb wound

目的 探讨应用股前外侧游离皮瓣修复上肢创面的临床效果。方法 对2015年12月-2021年6月收治的27例均行股前外侧游离皮瓣修复的上肢创面病例进行回顾性分析。结果 全组手术时间在(283.33±10.22) min,皮瓣愈合时间为(15.34±2.12) d。术后恢复过程中3例出现并发症,经针对性处理后,未影响到皮瓣成活及创面恢复。皮瓣成活率达100%,上肢功能恢复优良率96.29%,整体手术效果较好。结论 上肢创面采用股前外侧游离皮瓣进行修复,可以有效保障创面的修复效果,并有助于肢体功能恢复。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of using anterolateral femoral free flap to repair the upper limb wound.Methods According to the retrospective analysis,27 patients with upper limb trauma from December 2015 to June 2021 were selected as the subjects.All patients were treated with anterolateral thigh free flap,and their recovery was analyzed.Results According to the statistics,the operation time of the patients in this group was(283.33±10.22)min,and the flap healing time was(15.34±2.12)d.During the postoperative recovery,3 patients had complications.After targeted treatment,the survival of the flap and the wound recovery of the patients were not affected.The survival rate of flap was 100%,the excellent rate of upper limb function recovery was 96.29%,and the overall operation effect was good.Conclusion The application of anterolateral thigh free flap repair in the treatment of upper limb wound can effectively guarantee the repair and treatment effect of the wound and help the functional recovery of patients.
