绿色建筑碳排放模拟计算探讨

摘要 以上海某高层住宅为例,通过采用PKPM-CES碳排放计算软件进行分析计算,梳理出绿色建筑碳排放计算的流程和要点,以期能更准确地评估当前建筑的减碳成效。对建筑物超过设计使用年限延时使用的附加碳排放量做初步探讨,认为当前阶段新建建筑物的设计使用年限应当适当延长,以降低远期运行维护的碳排放量。 Taking a high-rise residential building in Shanghai as an example,this paper analyzes and calculates the carbon emission calculation process and key points of green buildings by using PKPM-CES carbon emission calculation software,in order to more accurately evaluate the carbon reduction effect of current buildings.Finally,the author makes a preliminary discussion on the additional carbon emissions of buildings that are used beyond the design service life,and believes that the design service life of new buildings at the current stage should be appropriately extended to reduce the carbon emissions of long-term operation and maintenance.
