摘要
为了提升引水工程管理水平,总结了引水工程安全评价的特点和具体流程,以水库大坝、水闸、泵站、河道等典型的引水工程建筑物为研究对象,分析引水工程的安全性监测指标及巡查内容。同时,基于层次分析法,探讨了引水工程安全评价指标权重的计算方法,并将其划分为Ⅰ(正常)、Ⅱ(病变)、Ⅲ(险情)3个等级。
In order to improve the management level of water diversion engineering,the characteristics and specific processes of safety evaluation for water diversion engineering were summarized.Typical water diversion engineering buildings such as reservoirs,dams,sluices,pumping stations,and rivers were studied,and the safety monitoring indicators and inspection content of water diversion engi-neering were analyzed.At the same time,based on the analyti chierarchy process,the calculation method for the weight of safety evalua-tion indicators for water diversion projects was explored,and they were divided into three levels:Ⅰ(normal),Ⅱ(pathological),andⅢ(dan-gerous)。
