摘要
针对宁乡高新区的用地建设现状和规划目标,以问题为导向,从实际出发,利用海绵城市的设计理念,探讨宁乡高新区新的建设理念,结合宁乡高新区的特点,研究采取塘湖保留改造“、绿、灰”排水设施联通、地块退让带下凹绿地改造及生态湿地构建等方式,提高宁乡高新区海绵城市建设水平,实现有效利用流入城市路面体系中的降雨能量,缓解降雨对路面体系正常通过能力的冲击。
In response to the current situation and planning goals of land construction in Ningxiang High tech Zone,guided by problems and starting from reality,this paper explores the new construction concept of Ningxiang High tech Zone using the design concept of sponge city,based on the characteristics of Ningxiang High tech Zone,research be carried out to improve the construction level of sponge cities in Ningxiang High tech Zone,by adopting methods such as reserving and renovating Tanghu Lake,connecting“green and gray”drainage facilities,renovating concave green spaces in land concessions,and constructing ecological wetlands in order to effectively utilize the rainwater energy flowing into the urban road surface system and alleviate the impact of rainfall on the normal passing capacity of the road surface system.
