摘要 采用超滤+反渗透双膜法为主体处理工艺的海水淡化技术工艺管线复杂、运行维护要求较高,为了提升在海外施工安装的效率和质量以及运行维护的便利性,将BIM技术应用于双膜法海水淡化工程,通过创建模型、碰撞检测、多样化出图、材料统计和虚拟漫游等过程,为实现可视化指导施工以及智慧化运营管理奠定基础。 Seawater desalination technology which is mainly based on ultrafiltration(UF)and reverse osmosis(RO)has complex process pipelines and high requirements for operation and maintenance.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of overseas construction and installation,as well as the convenience of operation and maintenance,BIM technology is applied to the double-membrane seawater desalination project.Through the processes of model creation,collision detection,diversified drawing,material statistics and virtual roaming,it lays the foundation for realizing the goal of visually guiding construction and intelligent operation management.
