Key Assembly Construction Technology of Railway Continuous Beam Segment

结合新建连徐州铁路工程对铁路连续梁节段预制装配施工技术进行研究。论文阐述节段拼装的优势,对比分析3种拼装设备及两种拼装工法,详细介绍节段拼装关键技术及架梁线形控制措施,探讨梁端拼接结构胶的质量控制及选取方法以及临时张拉和质量控制措施。

The construction technology of prefabrication of continuous railway beams was studied based on a case study of the new Lianyungang to Xuzhou railway.This paper expounds the advantages of segmental assembly,compares and analyzes three kinds of assembling equipment and two kinds of assembling construction methods,introduces the key technologies of segmental assembly and the control measures of beam alignment,analyzes the quality control and selection method of beam end splicing structural adhesive,and introduces the temporary tensioning and quality control measures.
