研究了房建工程中深基坑支护施工技术的应用,分析了当前深基坑支护施工中存在的主要问题,并详细探讨了各种深基坑支护技术的实际应用和效果。论文指出了深基坑施工中常见的问题,如边坡处理质量不达标、施工设计与实际不符,以及土方开挖环节存在不合理性等,详细介绍了6种常用的深基坑支护技术的应用原理、优势及适用场景,并通过具体案例阐述了深基坑支护技术在房建工程中的实际应用,强调了其在确保施工安全和提高效率方面的重要性。
This article comprehensively studies the application of deep foundation pit support construction technology in building engineer-ing,analyzes the main problems currently existing in the construction of deep foundation pit support,and discusses in detail the practical appli-cation and effectiveness of various deep foundation pit support technologies.The article points out common problems in deep foundation pit construction,such as substandard slope treatment quality,discrepancies between construction design and actual implementation,and the irra-tionality of the earthwork excavation process.Subsequently,it details the application principles,advantages,and applicable scenarios of six commonly used deep foundation pit support technologies.Finally,through specific cases,the article analyzes the practical application of deep foundation pit support technology in building engineering,highlighting its importance in ensuring construction safety and improving efficiency.
