在分析预算定额消耗量准确性基本现状的基础上,进行了预算定额消耗量准确性影响因素的识别,并通过层次分析法进一步确定了影响因素中的关键因素,确定样本观察结果记录的可靠性、编制依据的准确性等基础数据是影响准确性的敏感因素。

On the basis of analyzing the basic status quo of the accuracy of the budget quota consumption,the influencing factors of the accuracy of the budget quota consumption are identified,the key factors were further determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the basic data such as the reliability of observation results and the accuracy of compilation basis were the sensitive factors.
