游戏障碍筛查评估与治疗新进展

New advances in screening assessment and treatment of gaming disorders

尽管游戏障碍已被纳入ICD-11范畴,但临床仍存在漏诊高、误诊率高及治疗难度大等问题。为了提高游戏障碍的诊断正确率,国内外研究者开始研发针对ICD-11诊断标准的筛查评估工具,目前已取得了一些进展。在游戏障碍的治疗上,研究者也开始尝试运用药物治疗、物理治疗及心理治疗开展了有意义的治疗探索。本文综述了近年来游戏障碍筛查评估工具与治疗的新进展,为游戏障碍诊断准确性及治疗有效性提供循证依据,促进游戏障碍患者功能恢复,早日回归社会。

Although gaming disorder has been included in the ICD⁃11 category,there are still clinical problems such as high underdiagnosis,high misdiagnosis rate and difficulty in treatment.In order to improve the correct diagnosis rate of gaming disorder,domestic and foreign researchers have started to develop screening and assessment tools for ICD⁃11 diagnostic criteria,and some progress has been made.In the treatment of gaming disorder,researchers have also started to explore meaningful treatment by using pharmacotherapy,physical therapy and psychotherapy.This paper reviews the new advances in screening and assessment tools and treatments for gaming disorder in recent years to provide an evidence⁃based basis for the diagnostic accuracy and treatment effectiveness of gaming disorder and to promote the functional recovery of patients with gaming disorder and their early return to society.
