摘要
目的探索禁毒社工工作满意度的影响因素,为改善禁毒社工机构管理方式提供依据。方法向S市1258名禁毒社工发放问卷,对其工作满意度的影响因素进行调查。结果公共服务动机对工作满意度起到显著的正向预测作用;职业兴趣胜任、劳动关系氛围、家庭社会认可在公共服务动机与工作满意度之间起到中介作用。结论禁毒社工机构可以通过培育公共服务动机、培养职业兴趣和胜任、改善劳动关系、增强公众认可度等方式提升禁毒社工的工作满意度。
Objective To explore the factors influencing the job satisfaction of anti⁃drug social workers and to provide a basis for improving the management mode of anti⁃drug social work organizations.Methods Questionnaires were administered to 1258 anti⁃drug social workers in a city to investigate the factors influencing their job satisfaction.Results Public service motivation was a significant positive predictor for job satisfaction;professional interest competency,labor relations climate,and family social approval mediated the effect between public service motivation and job satisfaction.Conclusion Anti⁃drug social work agencies can enhance the job satisfaction of anti⁃drug social workers by fostering motivation for public service,cultivating professional interest and competence,improving labor relations,and enhancing public recognition of anti⁃drug social workers.
