Research on pipeline collaborative design of building electromechanical system

摘要 随着数字化和信息化的进程,建筑产品的完成质量、设计过程效率的提升不能像过去一样依赖于工程师的经验水平,建筑行业亟需实现向智能设计和智能建造的转变。传统工作方法已经不能满足用户对于建筑产品的要求,而数据协同设计是解决这个问题的有效手段。通过数据协同形成的数据模型,不仅能够反映建筑系统集成关系,而且能够将建造过程的数据加入到模型中,使得模型设计既包含了空间和性能设计数据,也包含了工艺设计数据,从而为智能建造奠定基础。本文聚焦于建筑机电系统管道的设计建造过程,通过采集设计经验数据、标准规范数据、建造经验数据,提出了建筑机电管道的数据协同标准。文章从建筑机电竖直管道协同、水平管道协同,以及管道安装数据三个方面对建筑机电管道的协同方法展开研究,力求将三方面数据以协同设计的方法统一在模型设计之中。探索将设计经验向知识转变的方法,努力实现建筑机电管道的智能设计目标。 With the progress of digitization and informatization,the construction industry urgently needs to shift towards intelligent design and construction in order to improve the quality of building products and enhance the efficiency of the design process,as relying solely on the experience of engineers is no longer sufficient.Traditional working methods fail to meet the requirements of users for architectural products,and data collaboration design emerges as an effective approach to address this challenge.The data model formed by data collaboration can not only reflect the integrated relationships of architectural systems but also incorporate data from the construction process.This integration enables the design model to encompass spatial and performance design data,as well as process design data,thus establishing the foundation for intelligent construction.In this paper,the design and construction process of MEP(mechanical,electrical and plumbing)system pipelines in buildings are focused,and a data collaboration standard is proposed for building MEP pipelines by collecting design experience data,standard specification data,and construction experience data.The study explores three aspects of data collaboration methods for building MEP pipelines:vertical pipeline collaboration,horizontal pipeline collaboration,and pipeline installation data.The aim is to unify these three aspects of data through collaborative design methods within the model design process.The paper also investigates methods for transforming design experience into knowledge,with the goal of achieving intelligent design for building MEP pipelines.
