摘要
在风电机组长期的运维中发现,使用ABB变频器的风力发电机组在运行中ABB变频器IGBT模块烧坏、炸裂等故障的主要原因为ABB变频器内部结构紧凑,散热不便。AGDR驱动板直接焊接在IGBT上,而IGBT在运行中会产生较多的热量,AGDR驱动板上的元器件受热升温过高,造成运行稳定性降低。同时AGDR板自身使用的元器件也会产生一定的热量,与IGBT焊接在一起,散热性能大大降低,长期运行,极易出现斩波信号和驱动信号的不稳定,使IGBT出现过压、过流问题,进而使得变频器发生故障。为了提升变频器的运行稳定性、散热性能、安全性,减少故障率,保障风力发电机组安全运行,提出了一套ABB变频器IGBT+AGDR升级改造方案。
In the long-term operation and maintenance of wind turbines,it has been found that the IGBT modules of ABB frequency converters in wind turbines are usually burnt out,exploded,and other faults during operation.The main reason is compact internal structure and inconvenient heat dissipation of ABB frequency converters.The AGDR drive board is directly welded to the IGBT,which generates significant heat during operation.The components on the AGDR drive board are excessively heated,resulting in a decrease in operational stability.At the same time,the components used in the AGDR board itself also generate a certain amount of heat,which is welded together with the IGBT,greatly reducing the heat dissipation performance.Long term operation can easily cause instability in chopping signal and driving signal,causing overvoltage and overcurrent problems in the IGBT,and ultimately causing malfunctions.In order to improve operational stability,heat dissipation performance and safety,reduce failure rate,and ensure safe operation of wind turbines,a set of ABB inverter IGBT+AGDR upgrade and transformation plan has been proposed.
