地铁车辆LCU热设计及仿真研究

Study on Thermal Design and Simulation of LCU in Metro Vehicles

摘要 逻辑控制单元(LCU)作为一种电子设备,其工作可靠性和使用寿命主要受到温度的影响。为了提高LCU的可靠性,延长LCU的使用寿命,结合热设计理论和北京地铁某项目LCU系统方案,对LCU热设计进行优化,并通过热仿真进行验证。 Logic control units(LCU)are a kind of electronic devices,and their reliability and service life depend primarily on working temperature.To help improve reliability and extend service life of LCU,this paper studied the optimization of LCU thermal design for metro vehicles applications and performed a thermal simulation by combining thermal design theory with an exemplary case of LCU system scheme in Beijing metro project.
