从“落叶归根”到“落叶生根”:华侨回流二次创业路径研究

From"Returning Home"to"Settling Down":A Study on the Path of Returned Overseas Chinese to Start a Second Business

华侨身上具备的企业家精神、国外先进技术和国内外双重社会网络等是其回流创业的重要优势。已有研究侧重考察了华侨回流的意愿、动因及回流二次创业后初期的社会适应情况,但并未对华侨回流二次创业的全过程展开细致研究。华侨回流的路径可以解构为华侨回流与项目落地的“走回来”阶段、制度逻辑冲突与磨合的“走进来”阶段和发展模式转型与升级的“走下去”阶段,各阶段受到不同个人与外部因素的影响。各级政府及侨联应回应好华侨回流创业的需求和期望,有效嵌入到华侨回流创业的全过程、全要素之中,真正做到“凝侨心,聚侨力,护侨益”。

The entrepreneurial spirit,advanced foreign technology and dual social networks at home and abroad possessed by overseas Chinese are important advantages of their returning and entrepreneurship.Most existed studies have examined the willingness,motivation of overseas Chines to return to China and their social adaptation in the early stage after returning to start their second businesses,but there is no study on the whole process in detail.The path of the return of overseas Chinese can be structured as"coming back"stage of the return of overseas Chinese and landing of the project,the"coming in"stage of conflict and integration of institutional logic,and the"going down"stage of the transformation and upgrading of the development model.Each stage is affected by different personal and external factors.Governments at all levels and Overseas Chinese Association should respond to the needs and expectations of returned overseas Chinese to start their own business,effectively embed in the whole process and all the elements of this,so as to truly“condense the hearts of overseas Chinese,gather their strengths and protect their interests”.
