新文科视域下高等职业院校实践教学模式探究

Research on Practical Teaching Model of Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of New Liberal Arts

《新文科建设宣言》明确提出,新文科建设的必由之路是守正创新,新文科建设聚焦人才培养,以其创新性和融合性推进教育教学改革超越传统文科。新文科范式下的实践教学改革,通过产教协同育人创新人才培养模式,服务地方经济发展,是高质量培养职业院校人才的重要举措。基于新文科视角,从高等职业院校实践教学改革的必要性和紧迫性分析着手,践行新文科理念,探讨如何顺应时代潮流和国内外复杂环境,以一流人才需崇德尚能为价值导向,形成一套与理论教学相融合的实践能力培养模式,为国内外输送具有创新精神和国际化前瞻视野的人才,积极推进高等职业院校实践教学改革进程。

The"Declaration on the Construction of New Liberal Arts"clearly states that the only path to the construction of new liberal arts is to adhere to integrity and innovate.The construction of new liberal arts focuses on talent cultivation,and promotes the reform of education and teaching beyond the traditional liberal arts with its innovation and integration.The reform of practical teaching is an important measure to cultivate talents in vocational colleges with high quality by innovating the talent cultivation mode of industry-education collaboration and serving local economic development under the paradigm of the new liberal arts.From the perspective of new liberal arts,this paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of practical teaching reform in higher vocational colleges,practices the concept of new liberal arts,discusses how to adapt to the trend of the times and the complex environment at home and abroad,and takes first-class talents'need to advocate morality and ability as the value orientation to form a set of practical ability training mode integrated with theoretical teaching,so as to transport talents with innovative spirit and international vision at home and abroad,and actively pro-mote the process of practical teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.
