低锰钢转炉锰变化规律分析与工艺优化

摘要 为了实现低锰钢的生产,分析了转炉吹炼过程锰的变化规律,并对不同工艺操作的生产数据进行对比,探索优化低锰钢的生产工艺路线和操作方法。通过优化入炉铁水条件、转炉采用双渣工艺、提高终点氧含量及终渣(FeO)含量等措施,可以将转炉出钢残锰降至0.05%以下,实现批量生产低锰钢的目标。 In order to realize the production of low manganese steel,the change rule of manganese in the bconverter blowing process was analyzed,and the production data of different process operations were compared to explore the optimization of the production process route and operation method of low manganese steel.By optimizing the condition of molten iron,adopting double slag process and increasing the content of oxygen and final slag(FeO)in converter,the residual manganese from converter can be reduced to less than 0.05%,and the goal of mass production of low manganese steel can be achieved.
