湖北省高等职业教育的数字化转型发展探析

摘要 在信息技术高速发展的背景下,为了更好地培养符合社会需求的人才,数字化转型成为了教育改革的重要内容之一。通过采用在线学习平台、虚拟实验室、智能化教育工具等,可以打破时空限制,为学习者提供多元化和个性化的学习体验。在政府的支持和推动下,现阶段湖北省高等职业教育的数字化转型发展在数字校园、教学资源库、虚拟仿真实训基地等方面都已取得了一定的成绩,为教学提供了更多的方便。但在基础设施建设、师资培训、教育资源管理、学生参与度和隐私安全问题等方面也存在一些问题。文章针对这些问题提出了对策建议。 In the context of rapid development of information technology,digital transformation has become an important aspect of education reform in better cultivating talents qualified for social requirments.By adopting online learning platforms,virtual laboratories,intelligent educational tools,etc.,it is possible to break through time and space limitations and provide a diverse and personalized learning experience.With the support and promotion of the government,the digital transformation and development of vocational education in Hubei has achieved some results in mathematics campuses,teaching resource library construction,virtual simulation training bases,etc.,providing more learning and teaching opportunities for students and teachers.However,there are also some concerns in infrastructure construction,teacher training and educational resource management,student participation,and privacy and security issues,therefore,this article proposes paths to overcome these difficulties in addressing these issues.
