Safety training is of great significance to the long-term development of metallurgical enterprises.By establishing an effective safety training model,the stability of the working order of metallurgical enterprises can be achieved and thus orderly conduct of the production is promoted.This paper analyzes the relevant national policies and regulations on safety training,introduces the background of staff safety training carried out by Baowu China,expounds the effective practices of safety training,and provides ideas on improving the safety awareness,knowledge and ability of employees in metallurgical enterprises.
