线上直播教学在乡村医生学历提升教学实践中的应用

Application of Online Live Teaching in the Teaching Practice of Rural Doctors’Academic Qualifications

随着网络信息化技术的不断发展,终身学习理念的推广和普及,“互联网+继续教育”在高等学历继续教育教学实践中应运而生。线上直播教学的优势与需求日益显现,由于乡村医生职业的特殊性,传统的线下教学模式很难适用于乡村医生学历提升的教学。以近几年长春中医药大学线上直播教学在乡村医生学历提升教学实践中的应用为例进行深入探讨,构建线上直播课程教学模式,分析线上直播教学的优势与困境,为乡村医生学历提升开展高质量线上教学提出相关意见,从而进一步提升教学质量。

With the continuous development of network information technology and the promotion and popularization of the concept of lifelong learning,“Internet+continuing education”came into being in the teaching practice of higher education continuing education.Due to the particularity of rural doctors’profession,the traditional offline teaching mode is difficult to apply to the teaching of rural doctors’academic qualifications.This paper discusses the application of online live teaching in the teaching practice of rural doctors’academic qualifications in recent years,constructs the teaching mode of online live courses,analyzes the advantages and dilemmas of online live teaching,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the improvement of rural doctors’academic qualifications to carry out high-quality online teaching,so as to further improve the quality of teaching.
