“双一流”背景下复合应用型预防医学专业人才培养模式的思考

Exploration of the Training Mode of Compound Applied Talents in Preventive Medicine Under the Background of“Double First-Class”

“双一流”建设是指世界一流大学与一流学科的建设,是党和国家为了顺应当今时代发展所提出的战略目标。“双一流”建设的核心是培养一批能够顺应当今时代发展、满足社会需求的人才。在新形势下,国家提出了加快公共卫生人才队伍建设的战略方针,尤其对复合应用型预防医学专业人才的培养越来越重视。基于我国当下经济、科技与教育发展的要求,以及预防医学专业现状和预防医学人才培养模式,积极开展对“双一流”背景下复合应用型预防医学专业人才培养模式的研究与讨论,构建适合我国当前公共卫生领域需求的人才培养模式,将有助于“健康中国2030”建设。

“Double first-class”refers to the construction of world-class universities and first-class disciplines,which is a strategic goal put forward by the Communist Party of China and the Chinese government in order to adapt to the development of the present era.The core of“Double first-class”is to train a group of talents who are able to adapt to the development of the Times and meet the needs of the society.In the new era,the Chinese government has put forward the strategic policy of accelerating the construction of public health personnel,especially the talents of compound applied preventive medicine.Based on the demand for the development of economy,science and technology and education,and current status of the preventive medicine profession and the current preventive medicine personnel training mode,to study and discuss the training mode of compound applied talents in preventive medicine under the background of“Double First-Class”and to construct the training model of personnel to be suitable for the current public health needs in China will contribute to the construction of the“Healthy China 2030”.
