基于混凝预处理的超滤净水工艺研究进展

Research Progress of Ultrafiltration Process Based on Coagulation Pretreatment

膜污染是超滤工艺大规模运用的主要限制性因素,介绍超滤膜净水工艺膜污染的原理及其污染物。详述基于混凝预处理的三种超滤膜工艺:传统超滤工艺、短流程超滤工艺、一体式絮体-超滤工艺。以短流程超滤工艺为重点,阐述近年来以混凝预处理工艺来缓解超滤净水工艺膜污染的研究成果。总结了滤饼层结构对膜污染的影响,以及混凝预处理缓解超滤膜污染的作用原理,为膜法水处理工艺技术工程应用提供参考。

Membrane fouling is the important limiting factor for the large-scale application of ultrafiltration process.The principle and pollutants of membrane fouling in ultrafiltration membrane water purification process are introduced.Three kinds of ultrafiltration membrane processes based on coagulation pretreatment are described in detail:traditional ultrafiltration process,short-flow ultrafiltration process and integrated floc-ultrafiltration process.Focusing on the short-flow ultrafiltration process,this paper describes the research results of coagulation pretreatment process to alleviate membrane fouling in ultrafiltration process in recent years.The influence of filter cake layer structure on membrane fouling and the principle of coagulation pretreatment to alleviate ultrafiltration membrane fouling were summarized in order to provide reference for the engineering application of membrane water treatment technology.
