摘要
目的 探讨基于授权理论的健康教育模式对社区2型糖尿病患者自我管理能力的干预效果。方法 于2020年11月—2021年4月在上海市静安区某社区卫生服务中心招募110例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为试验组(55例)和对照组(55例)。对照组采取传统讲座式健康教育,试验组实施基于授权理论的健康教育模式,比较2组患者干预前后授权能力、生存质量以及自护行为的变化。结果 相较于对照组,试验组患者在生存质量、自护行为方面均有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而授权能力得分有所提高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 基于授权理论的健康教育模式可以提高社区2型糖尿病患者的生存质量以及自护行为能力。
Objective To explore the effect of empowerment education model on self-management ability of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in communities.Methods Total 110 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected from a Community Health Caare Center of Jing'an District,from November 2020 to April 2021.They were randomly divided into control group(55 cases)and experimental group(55 cases).The control group was given routine health education,and the experimental group was given empowerment education mode.The changes in empowerment ability,quality of life,and self-management ability between two groups of patients before and after intervention were changed.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed significant improvement in quality of life and self-management ability,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The score of empowerment ability had improved,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The health education model based on empowerment theory can improve the quality of life and self-management ability of type 2 diabetes patients in the community.
