Objective To understand the current situation of physical activity, sedentary behavior, and attention quality among upper primary school students, and analyze their relationship with various dimensions of attention quality. Methods PAQCN physical activity questionnaire,ASAQ-CN sedentary behavior questionnaire and attention quality questionnaire were used to investigate the physical activity, sedentary behavior, and attention quality of 157 fourth and fifth grade students. Results The average score of physical activity among upper primary school students was(2.52±0.67),and the average score of male physical activity was higher than that of female.Educational sedentary time was the longest, with girls generally sitting longer than boys. There was a statistically significant difference of over all attention among students with different levels of different physical activity levels(P<0.05).Physical activity and sedentary behavior were the influencing factors of attention quality. Conclusion Low levels of physical activity and prolonged sitting behavior can have a negative impact on the attention quality of upper primary school students, and students should be guided to develop a healthy lifestyle and learning style.
