云南省勐腊县2019—2022年性病/艾滋病哨点男性就诊者监测结果分析

Analysis of the Surveillance Results of Male STD/AIDS Sentinel Patients in Mengla County,Yunnan Province from 2019 to 2022

目的 了解云南省勐腊县性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病、梅毒及丙肝的流行情况,为制定艾滋病防控政策提供参考。方法 依据《全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案》,通过连续抽样的方法,对监测期内前往性病门诊哨点就诊的男性就诊者开展问卷调查和血清学检查。结果 2019—2022年共监测659例就诊者,其中HIV阳性有7人(1.06%)、梅毒阳性有44人(6.68%)、HCV阳性有4人(0.61%)。2019—2022年,最近3个月内发生过商业性行为的比例呈线性下降趋势,最近3个月内与临时性伴发生过性行为的比例则无变化趋势。结论 性病门诊男性就诊者是艾滋病、性病防治工作中需要重点关注的人群,应加强性病门诊监测,做好艾滋病等性传播疾病的筛查,加强重点人群的健康教育和高危行为干预,降低性传播疾病的蔓延。

Objective To understand the prevalence of HIV,syphilis and hepatitis C among men attending STD clinics in Mengla County,so as to provide the reference for the formulation of HIV prevention and control policies.Methods According to the National AIDS Sentinel Surveillance Implementation Programme,questionnaire survey and serological examination were carried out for male patients who went to STD clinic sentinel during the Surveillance period by means of continuous sampling.Results A total of 659 visits were monitored in 2019-2022 of which 7(1.06%)were HIV positive,44(6.68%)were syphilis positive and 4(0.61%)were HCV positive.From 2019 to 2022,the proportion of individuals who had engaged in commercial sexual activity within the past three months had shown a linear downward trend,while the proportion of individuals who had engaged in sexual activity with temporary sexual partners within the past three months had remained unchanged.Conclusion Male STD clinic attendees are a group of people who need to be focused on in the prevention and treatment of AIDS and STDs,and STD clinic monitoring should be strengthened to do a good job of screening for AIDS and other STDs,and health education and high-risk behavioral interventions for key populations should be strengthened to reduce the spread of STDs.
