肺癌驱动基因检测研究进展

摘要 肺癌靶向治疗为晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的生存带来了希望,而肺癌驱动基因的检测为肺癌的靶向治疗提供了证据。临床中,只有准确的检测出肺癌相关的驱动基因突变,才能正确的选择靶向治疗的优势人群,进而达到肺癌精准治疗的目标。因此,在肺癌的临床诊治中,驱动基因检测的准确性显得尤为重要。临床医师应该重视肺癌驱动基因检测结果的准确性。本文现就肺癌驱动基因检测的研究进展作一综述,以帮助临床医师更规范的进行肺癌驱动基因的检测。 The targeted therapies of lung cancer have brought hope for the survival of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,and the detection of lung cancer driver genes has provided the basis for the targeted therapies of lung cancer.In clinical practice,only when the driver gene mutations related to lung cancer are accurately detected,the dominant population of targeted therapy can be correctly screened out,so as to achieve the precise treatment of lung cancer.Therefore,in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer,the accuracy of driver gene detection is particularly important.Clinicians should pay attention to the accuracy of lung cancer driver gene test results.In this paper,the research progress of lung cancer driver gene detection is reviewed in order to help clinicians conduct more standardized lung cancer driver gene detection.
