2020~2022年东莞市糖尿病基本药物使用情况分析

Analysis on the Use of Diabetes Essential Drugs in Dongguan from 2020 to 2022

摘要 目的分析2020~2022年东莞市推进国家基本药物制度后糖尿病基本药物用药情况。方法使用用药频度分析的方法,以用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)及排序比等指标分析东莞市推进国家基本药物制度以来糖尿病用药情况。结果治疗糖尿病的基本药物的采购金额、DDDs均大于非基本药物的采购金额、DDDs,基本药物的DDC值小于非基本药物的DDC值;2020~2022年治疗糖尿病的基本药物采购金占比分别是:66.00%、63.65%、67.48%;DDDs占比分别是72.03%、74.18%、73.51%;DDC分别是2.78、2.19、2.11。治疗糖尿病的基本药物的DDDs 2021年及2022年增长率分别是5.88%及12.24%,呈上升趋势,其中2022年较2020年的增长率为18.84%;基本药物的DDDs总体增长是高于非基本药物的DDDs。治疗糖尿病的基本药物的DDC和非基本药物的DDC 3年均呈下降趋势。结论东莞市推进国家基本药物制度后,2020~2022年糖尿病治疗药物中基本药物占主导地位,基本药物使用呈增长趋势,且有效降低了东莞市糖尿病患者的经济负担。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the use of diabetes essential drugs after the national essential drug system was promoted in Dongguan City from 2020 to 2022.METHODS Using drug frequency analysis as the method,the drug frequency(DDDs),limited daily cost(DDC)and ranking ratio as the indexes to analyze the situation of diabetes drug use since the national essential drug system was promoted in Dongguan.RESULTS The purchase amount and DDDs of essential drugs for treating diabetes were larger than those of non-essential drugs,and the DDC value of essential drugs was smaller than that of non-essential drugs.From 2020 to 2022,the proportion of funds for the purchase of essential drugs for the treatment of diabetes was 66.00%,63.65%,67.48%.DDDs accounted for 72.03%,74.18%,73.51%.DDCS were 2.78,2.19,and 2.11 respectively.The growth rate of DDDS of essential medicines for treating diabetes in 2021 and 2022 was 5.88% and 12.24% respectively,showing an upward trend,of which the growth rate in 2022 was 18.84% compared with 2020.The overall growth of DDDs of essential drugs was higher than that of non-essential drugs.Both the DDC of essential drugs and the DDC of non-essential drugs for the treatment of diabetes showed a decreasing trend in the past three years.CONCLUSION After the promotion of the national essential medicine system in Dongguan city,essential drugs dominate the diabetes treatment drugs from 2020 to 2022,and the use of essential drugs shows an increasing trend,which effectively reduces the economic burden of diabetes patients in Dongguan.
