肠-脑-皮轴与银屑病研究进展

Advances in Research of Gut-Brain-Skin Axis and Psoriasis

银屑病是常见的由免疫介导的慢性炎症性皮肤病,其病因多样,发病机制复杂,常见共病有炎症性肠病、肠易激综合征、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、焦虑、抑郁等。近年研究显示,肠道菌群及心理应激对银屑病具有重要影响,其可能的实现途径“肠-脑-皮轴”成为研究热点,为银屑病提供了新的治疗方向。本文综述肠-脑-皮轴与银屑病之间联系的研究进展。

Psoriasis is one of the most common immune-mediated chronic inflammatory skin disorders with diverse etiology and complex pathogenesis.It is frequently accompanied by comorbidities including inflammatory bowel disease,irritable bowel syndrome,hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,anxiety and depression.Recent studies have shown that the intestinal flora and psychological stress play an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis,and the possible realization route"gut-brain-skin axis"has become a research hotspot,providing a new therapeutic direction for psoriasis.This article reviews the relationship between the"gut-brain-skin axis"and psoriasis.
